This Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver ("Agreement") is entered into between LOQ Experience, LLC, based in Dallas, Texas ("Company"), and the Renter identified at time of booking ("Client"). By signing this Agreement, Client acknowledges full understanding and acceptance of all terms and conditions herein.
All rentals are booked for a 4-hour play session. The session begins at the agreed start time and concludes 4 hours thereafter. LOQ Experience will deliver and complete setup approximately 2 hours prior to the session start time, and will return for pickup following the conclusion of the 4-hour session. Additional time beyond the booked window is not guaranteed and may be subject to additional fees at the Company's sole discretion.
Every rental booking mandatorily includes: (a) one dedicated LOQ Experience attendant for the full duration of the session; (b) delivery to the event address, full equipment setup, and post-session pickup. These services are included in all package prices β there are no separate fees for attendant or delivery.
Client agrees that all inflatables and play equipment will be supervised at all times by a responsible adult (18+). The following are strictly prohibited: exceeding maximum occupancy limits; allowing children under 24 months in any inflatable; permitting shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, or face paint inside inflatables; use during rain, lightning, or winds exceeding 15 mph. Where a safety fence is provided (Soft Play Rental), it must remain erected and in place throughout the entire session.
Client acknowledges that the use of inflatable play equipment and ball pits carries inherent risks of physical injury. CLIENT HEREBY VOLUNTARILY RELEASES, WAIVES, AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE LOQ Experience, LLC, its owner(s), officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of any loss, damage, or injury β including personal injury or death β sustained by any participant arising from use of rented equipment.
A refundable security deposit of $250 is required to secure every booking. Client is fully responsible for any and all damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear, including damage caused by guests or participants. The $250 deposit is a security hold only β it does not limit Client's liability. In the event of major damage, Client agrees to pay the full repair or replacement cost of damaged equipment, which may significantly exceed the deposit amount. Replacement costs for inflatables range from $500 to $5,000+. The $250 deposit will be refunded within 5β7 business days after successful pickup if all equipment is returned in satisfactory condition. LOQ Experience reserves the right to withhold part or all of the deposit and pursue additional compensation for damages, excessive cleaning, or late return.
Cancellations 7+ days before the event: full refund minus $50 processing fee. Cancellations 3β6 days prior: 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours: non-refundable. In the event of severe weather making outdoor setup unsafe, LOQ Experience may reschedule and issue a full credit. Rain alone does not automatically qualify if indoor setup is feasible.
A $250 refundable security deposit is due at booking to secure your date. The full remaining balance is due no later than 72 hours prior to the event. Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in cancellation without deposit refund.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in Dallas County courts. By signing, Client confirms they are 18+, have fully read this Agreement, and agree to be legally bound by its terms.
